************PLEASE FORWARD WIDELY*************

Kiss My Gender, a local radically and politically focused drag show, is returning to Lansing! Now called Kiss My Gender 2, the show is organized by Drag King Rebellion (DKR), a local drag troupe that combines pop, hip hop and dance routines with a radical political message. All proceeds from the show will be given to Transgender Michigan’s TJ Jourian’s Scholarship Fund, which is a scholarship for Michigan students who are actively working to counter Transgender oppression. In addition, all tips will be donated to FLOC (The Farm Labor Organizing Committee), a grassroots union representing migrant farmworkers - the people who pick the food we eat, often working for poverty wages in fields laced with pesticides, under a broiling sun. So, by attending the show, you’ll not only have a great time, but you’ll be supporting two very worthy causes!
