Beware of some crossed signals or less-than-totally clear communication. There's a lot of ambient noise that you'd be wise to cut out -- third-party hearsay or idle, unfounded gossip, for instance. Once you winnow away the stuff that you're better off disregarding, the more significant messages may become clear -- or they may not. Don't overlook the possibility that interpreting it as being all about you could be totally wrong. A coworker or higher-up seems to be a lot more picky toward you than they usually are -- and a lot more judgmental. This doesn't mean there's a problem, but why not ask what the issue is?
your intellect can be intimidating. Try not to go overboard expressing your ideas.
