The only option is to keep going forward ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ today i went for an hour long walk today. I am going to make a better effort to exercise.. as long as it doesn't kill me. haha. We went walking during the hottest part of the day and i was horribly gross and sweaty. I hate sweat, it's just yucky and makes me feel nasty. So, I need to plan my days better. Eating better, working toward my goals. I can do whatever I set my mind to. STARTING NOW!
