i think that the most of us are in some sort of customer service/public work, yes. Well, tonight i was by myself on register for a LONG while.. i got SUPER busy, but i wasnt freaking out. I was worried the customers would get mad about the line/wait but I knew if i stayed happy maybe they would to. so, i was using my best happy face and being super polite at the same time sort of rushing them. 'can i help you, is that all, have a nice night'. and BAM the line got down. One of the last guys was like ' i was worried it would take forever to get the line down. You did really good.' and i told him i have been doing this a while and i better know how to get a line down. He reassured me that i did really good and kept a smile the whole time. It made me happy for him to acknowledge that. so that is my fun story. there is always someone out there who will see the good in you even if other people are like WTF hurry it up. Hope to see everyone at the TRIANGLE this sunday night!!! benefit for TGMI $2 and lapdances by my woMAN. (i think) starts at 11:30 so be there on time, dont miss a thing. The theme is 'It's raining men'.
