Breakfast Pastry for the Dieters!

I made this today and it's so yummy delicious!

1 pack of 8 croissants (I used the reduced fat kind)
Lowfat or whatever kind of jam you like - a few table spoons
1 egg
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar

In a 9x13 greased pan, spread out the croissants - like a crust
spread the jam over the crust
bake on 425 for 15 minutes or until it gets lightly brown
meanwhile, mix the sour cream, egg and sugar together
pour sour cream mixture over the jam/crust
bake on 325 for 5 minutes or until it is cooked throughout

let cool for a few minutes and serve.
makes 8 servings - 213 calories each! yum
